Between December 2024 and February 2026 he published at least 19 original articles containing allegations of sex trafficking, child exploitation, fraud and criminality against Bryan Flowers — allegations formally identified as false in the Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim issued by Cohen Davis Solicitors in August 2025. Drummond ignored that letter and continued publishing. No truth defence is available under the Defamation Act 2013.

Adam Howell is the sole source cited by Andrew Drummond across all 19 articles. Howell is a former informal investor in the Night Wish Group who became a disgruntled creditor following a commercial dispute. The position papers document him as an unreliable and discredited source: a former bar-crawler and customer prior to investing, alleged alcoholic and methamphetamine user, participant in crypto pump-and-dump schemes, and someone who owes 3–4 million baht to multiple creditors. The rebuttal document identifies him as a paid source. His allegations to Drummond have been assessed by Cohen Davis Solicitors as incapable of supporting a truth defence.

Ricky Pandora is identified in multiple position papers as a key figure in the network supplying information and material to Andrew Drummond. The papers allege he operated as a paid informant within the Pattaya bar scene, providing intelligence on Bryan Flowers' businesses while being protected from scrutiny by Drummond's refusal to name sources. Papers 47, 48, and 49 examine his alleged role in detail, including his connections to the financial disputes at the origin of the campaign.

Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth is identified as Andrew Drummond's on-the-ground fixer in Thailand, working to source information, coordinate actions, and create difficulties for the victims of Drummond's campaign. She is alleged to be operating illegally in Thailand in this capacity. Her role connects the campaign's overseas direction to its local execution in Pattaya.

Punnipa Flowers is Bryan Flowers' Thai wife, who was repeatedly targeted in Drummond's articles with allegations of being a child trafficker and criminal. Her involvement in the bar businesses was nominal (a QR code registration) and she was never imprisoned. A conviction against her is currently under appeal and is expected to be overturned, given court-admitted police coercion of witness statements. Drummond's articles labelled her a trafficker without qualification, ignoring the pending appeal and the evidence of coercion.

Bryan Flowers is a British entrepreneur who has operated hospitality businesses in Pattaya, Thailand since before 2018. He is the principal target of all 19 of Drummond's articles. Every core allegation against him — sex trafficking, child exploitation, fraud, criminality — has been formally rebutted and identified as false in the Cohen Davis Solicitors Letter of Claim.
