Cohen Davis Solicitors serve a formal 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim on behalf of Bryan Flowers upon Andrew Drummond at his UK residential address. The letter identifies the first nine articles, their defamatory meanings, the serious harm caused, and demands immediate removal and retraction.
Campaign Continues Despite Formal Legal Notice
